In fairness to all of our clients, we require a 24 hour minimum cancellation notice. If the minimum notice is not given, you will be required to pay in advance for future sessions (non-refundable), as well as pay for the cancelled session. We reserve the right to require prepayment for habitual re-schedulers.

We frequently work from a client waiting list - please understand that when you don't give advance notice of cancellation, it prevents us from scheduling others in your place, which could ultimately result in the loss of that dog's life. We regret the need to enforce this - thank you for your cooperation & understanding.
